A Simple Process

We work hard to keep the process as simple as possible for our clients and their workforces.

Making a Report

The person decides to report the issue to Safecall and either calls us using the freephone number or contacts us via our website.

Phone Report

The person calls Safecall and explains their concerns to an experienced Call Handler in their choice of 170 languages.

Web Report

The person submits their concerns in one of 60 languages to Safecall via our webform. This is reviewed by an experienced report handler.

Report created

We will then create a report for you on the Safecall Whistleblowing Platform.

Email Notification

You get an email notification that you have received a new report.

Acknowledge the Report

You log into our platform where you can view and acknowledge receipt of the report.

Manage and Investigate the case internally

Report Recipients are able to do multiple tasks making it easier to interact and communicate directly with the whistleblower

  • You will receive a notification when you receive a new report
  • You can log in, acknowledge and access the case quickly and easily
  • You can provide updates or ask questions of the Whistleblower (even when they are anonymous)
  • Manage Report Recipients
  • Generate your own metric charts using our pre-defined measures

Reporter / Whistleblower

Person or entity who reports or is about to
report wrongdoing

Person or entity who reports or is about to report wrongdoing Whistleblowers / Reporters are able to do multiple tasks making it easier to interact and communicate with the internal investigator

  • They will receive a notification on case updates (e.g. face to face or email)
  • They can upload evidence
  • They can log in and access the case quickly and easily
  • They can provide updates and communicate directly with the investigator(while staying anonymous)

Case Closed

Once the case has been investigated you can mark the case as closed with an appropriate retention period.
