This course will help investigation managers ask the right workplace and whistleblower investigation questions, helping them to get the best from witnesses and assist their recall of difficult or historic events, by giving them confidence to conduct a thorough, professional, and fair interview which can withstand the rigour of later challenge.
Training formats include on-site and online sessions, both are interactive, include case studies, and provide opportunities for delegates to share good practices and ideas.
Interview evidence can often not be heard if it is ruled inadmissible due to poor or oppressive practice. This on-site or online course helps the responsible person develop their knowledge and skills, and enables them to scope, plan and conduct professional interviews.

On-Site Training (½ day)
Our face-to-face training is a half-day, and it is a highly interactive course. To facilitate interaction, class sizes are small. This is to ensure all attendees can fully participate, providing the best learning experience.
Online Training (2.5 hours)
Our online training sessions typically include 2.5 hours of learning. The session will include interactive activities to foster engagement online and class sizes are small to encourage discussion and participation.
Online sessions are hosted securely on Microsoft Teams. During the session, delegates can see, talk to, and message the facilitator.
