Investigating Sexual Harassment Training

What does the Investigating Sexual Harassment training course cover?

Every organisation needs to be ready when a sexual harassment complaint is raised. Under the Worker Protection Act and the latest Employment Rights Act changes, the standard expected of internal investigations has risen – and so has the scrutiny they’re likely to face. Even experienced managers and HR professionals can benefit from dedicated training to handle these cases confidently, fairly, and to a standard that holds up to challenge.

The course is delivered by Dennis Shotton, a retired detective superintendent at Northumbria Police and a Safecall consultant, drawing on decades of complex investigation experience. Sessions are small and interactive, with case studies and practical exercises to build genuine confidence. We also offer fully endorsed investigation packages, shorter courses, and workshops.

Why is this course useful?
