German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – SCA) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D)
- This session will cover the key requirements for the complaint procedure under the SCA and CS3D, including process, accessibility, and scope (internal & external stakeholders).
- We will also look at lessons learned from current audits of the topic by the German regulator (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control – BAFA).
German Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA)
- This session will cover the key requirements for the operation of internal reporting channels in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act including process, accessibility, and scope.
- We will also look at the rights and obligations of companies regarding their employees and employee representatives.
- The discussion will include lessons learned from current projects to implement a global whistleblower protection system with clients that operate internationally.
2024 Whistleblowing Benchmark Report
- The last part of this event will cover a high-level overview of international whistleblowing trends from Safecall’s latest whistleblowing benchmark report.
