What can be reported?

What can’t be reported?
The system should not be used for:
- False accusations or deliberately untrue information
- Personal grievances unrelated to misconduct or policy breaches
- Issues outside NYK Group’s scope
- Complaints that do not involve violations of Law, NYK Group policies or Ethical standards.

• Anonymous reports are accepted. However, we encourage you to provide your name and any supporting evidence or clues whenever possible. Doing so helps us conduct a more effective and accurate investigation.
• Anyone who reports concerns in good faith is protected from retaliation. NYK Group strictly prohibits any form of retaliation or disadvantage against whistleblowers.
