Meribel Pharma is committed to running the organization with the highest standards of legal & regulatory compliance, business ethics, and social responsibility. Our Code of Conduct [RS1] underpins everything that we do.
We want to ensure that the organization follows these principles in everything that is done. Accordingly we have set up this independent “whistleblowing” channel with SafeCall so that – if you have any concerns about unlawful conduct or wrongdoing in the organization, or have observed misconduct that appears to breach the law or our Code of Conduct – you can report it in a way that is confidential and offers you protection and (if you wish) anonymity. We take all reports very seriously and we will investigate each one appropriately. We guarantee that there will not be any adverse consequences from a report made in good faith.
Before reporting, please read the details set out below, in order to understand the process and what will be asked of you, and to ensure that this is the correct reporting channel.

What is whistleblowing?
Reporting concerns of illegality or wrongful conduct such as:
- Malpractice, fraud, bribery or corruption.
- Other criminal offences or illegal acts.
- Conduct that has endangered, or is likely to endanger, the health and safety of an individual, including patients who use our medicines.
- Violation of anti-corruption, anti-competition, sanctions and data protection laws and rules.
- Improper use or theft of company resources.
- Disclosure of confidential information or IP of Meribel Pharma or its customers.
- Clear non-compliance with our values, policies, procedures and or processes.
- Conduct that has damaged, or is likely to damage, the environment.
- Concealment of information relating to any of the above.
This reporting line should NOT be used for the following:
- An immediate threat to life or property: If emergency assistance is required, please immediately contact the appropriate emergency services instead
- Personal grievances such as bullying, harassment, discrimination or grievances. These should be reported to your line manager or HR representative
- Specific health and safety incidents and/or minor unintentional and/or non-material breaches of our internal policies and procedures. These should be reported to your line manager or HR representative
- Personal or legal disputes which do not involve Meribel Pharma.
- Accusations which you know are false. Doing so may lead to disciplinary measures.
How to report wrongdoing on this hotline
You can report your concerns relating to potential illegality or wrongdoing by telephoning the hotline on [number] or filing a written report using the button below.
In each case, you will be offered 3 anonymity options: do you want your identify to be:
- fully anonymous from Safecall and Meribel’s internal investigation team,
- semi-anonymously so that only Safecall knows your identity, or
- named so that both SafeCall and Meribel’s internal investigation team are aware of it.
Our preference is for named or semi-anonymous reports as this allows SafeCall (and our investigating team in the case of a named report) to establish a closer relationship with you, and in each case allows us to carry out a more comprehensive investigation by requesting and obtaining more information where clarity is needed.
