Naruszeniem prawa może być również działanie lub zaniechanie sprzeczne z obowiązującymi kodeksami postępowania, procedurami oraz polityką Geopost.
Aby umożliwić zgłaszanie takich sytuacji, udostępniamy niniejszy system do zgłaszania nieprawidłowości. Wystarczy wybrać język interfejsu i postępować zgodnie z wyświetlanymi instrukcjami.

Zamieszczone w systemie informacje będą dostępne dla:
- Safecall, żeby zweryfikować ich kompletność i jeśli to konieczne, doprecyzować szczegóły.
- Oficera ds. Etyki DGITS PL oraz innych upoważnionych osób uprawnionych do obsługi zgłoszeń.
Wszystkie dane, w tym Twoja tożsamość oraz szczegóły zgłoszenia, są traktowane z najwyższą poufnością i chronione pod kątem integralności.

A violation of the law may also include actions or omissions contrary to the applicable codes of conduct, procedures, and policies of Geopost.
To allow you to voice your concerns, we set up the Whistleblowing system.
To file an alert through this channel, please select the language of the interface and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
You can choose to remain anonymous or to identify yourself.
The information you provide through the Whistleblowing system can be accessed:
- First by Safecall, to check the information are complete and ask you additional information if needed;
- Secondly, by the Ethics Officer of DGITS PL and any other person authorised to handle alerts within DGITS PL
Any information you communicate through the whistleblowing system, such as your identity or the information relating to your alert, are strictly confidential and protected with regards to its integrity.
