Report Recipients

Organisations will need to choose who will receive reports. Report Recipients are trusted individuals, with the authority to conduct investigations as required. Report Recipients can take receipt of reports, as well as manage who else receives a report, when one is made via Safecall.

Over 150 Languages

Reporters can submit reports online in their choice of over 60 languages, or via the phone in over 150 languages. When making a report they can choose whether to be Named, Semi Anonymous, or Anonymous.

Reporters

A Reporter can securely sign-in and provide further comment, upload documents, answer questions, and receive feedback. This is available for Safecall reports made via the web or via phone, making it easy for you to keep in contact.

Management Infomation

A range of management information is available. This can be viewed within the platform, as well as extracted as a .csv file. This extract can then be further analysed or visualised in your preferred application, such as Excel or PowerBI.
