Safecall, a leading independent speak-up hotline provider, has appointed Will Mac. Will joins as product manager and will be driving development across the business. A key focus for Will is the digital platform offering, this will work alongside the telephone hotline, which remains our main channel of reporting, and allow easy online reporting for employees alongside extensive features for clients to manage these reports, and more.
Will joins Safecall from Virgin Money where he worked across the Business Banking “SME” digital platform and the “2020” project, focused on department transformation. His previous roles saw him work on projects as diverse as the Force India F1 website rebuild through to product managing instant chat solution ‘Palringo Chat’ which came 7th in the Times Tech Track 100.
