Who are Safecall Training?
Safecall Training was founded to teach investigative skills to staff involved in internal investigations. Today the company offers a series of courses to meet the needs of managers in the public and private sector, including our practical and innovative BTEC Advanced Award in Investigative Practice.
As a company we have a reputation for delivering customised training solutions of the highest quality for individuals who have the responsibility for managing investigations or carrying out the role of an investigator.
Our courses are designed to ensure that ethical investigations are carried out at all times. This approach is essential to ensure an investigations integrity and to protect the reputation and image of an organisation and the investigator.
Safecall Training is based in the north east of England and provides training from its on-site Learning Centre. If required, we can provide alternative training venues throughout the UK, or provide training at a client's operational base.
We are committed to providing a level of service which meets the needs and expectations of clients by working closely with them to design and deliver a training programme to improve knowledge and competence.
