How does it work?
How is the process initiated?
Simply by contacting Safecall and providing the leavers' details or entering them on the clients secure part of this website.
How is the appointment made?
Safecall contacts the leaver and encourages them to take part in the process by providing them with any reassurance they may seek in keeping their identities hidden. An appointment is then made, and they are contacted, often at their homes if they desire it or at any place or time that they feel most comfortable with.
How is the interview conducted?
Using accredited cognitive techniques, Safecall interviewers firstly put the subject at ease and then take them through a questionnaire tailored to individual client requirements. However, it is often the case that it is the information gleaned which is not in the questionnaire but elicited by the interviewer which proves to be of equal if not greater value than standard format questions.
How is the interview analysed and reported to the client?
The information based in the questionnaire is converted into sanitised statistics and forwarded in graphical and spreadsheet format. Those remarks made in the form of a narrative are reported faithfully but are mixed with the remarks of other subjects reducing the risk of the anonymous employee being identified. The report is then produced on a quarterly basis and/or forwarded to the client in whatever form they desire.
