What is it?

Safecall provides a totally confidential, transparent means by which individuals can report to a senior level within their organisation and do so in a secure environment. As a result employers are able to address problems at an early stage.

Our 24 hour independent external confidential reporting line enables staff to report concerns regarding Fraud, Bullying, Corporate Governance issues, Racism, Dishonesty, Health & Safety, Harassment, Corruption, Environmental Issues etc.

From their first contact with the call bureau, callers are put at ease and where necessary, their anonymity is guaranteed. They are then encouraged to impart all of the information they are privy to. They are assisted in this by the skills of the operators who are experienced former police officers trained in interview techniques.

Using an internationally recognised interview model based on both cognitive and probing techniques, the callers are debriefed of as much information as is possible. The interview is carried out in a benign manner in order that the employee is not alienated in any way, however, they will be questioned in a style which will always seek out corroborative information.

The value of this approach was highlighted by the Chief Executive Officer of an American multinational organisation, part of which used our service. He emphasised the fact that other companies provide a short report of a call whereas the in depth information he received, in the USA, from Safecall enabled him to launch a successful investigation in various parts of Europe without obtaining any further information or actually speaking to the caller.

Based in the UK the service is used by a number of our clients on a worldwide basis and we are able to provide interpreting services in over 150 languages.

The Safecall service has a proven success rate in various fields in the private and public sector such as Finance, Transport, Policing, Nuclear, Construction, Emergency Services, Energy, Security and others.
