How does it work? - Staff Survey
In the field of confidential reporting it is difficult to assess how successfully both the client and provider have implemented the service with staff.
It could be said that the number of calls received is an adequate criteria to prove the system works. Whilst at the same time claiming if no calls were received that the organisation is problem free.
The only benchmark against which the number of calls received can be assessed is that provided by the people who are to use the system, the employees.
For this reason, Safecall will request facilities to undertake an anonymous staff survey, free of cost, during the course of the first year.
Staff are provided with pre agreed questions and a Freepost envelope which is returned directly to Safecall. We then perform an analysis of the responses which is provided, in full, for the client.
Areas tested include the depth of the marketing exercise, the views of staff on the provision of the service and any relevant experiences whilst employed by the client.
Quite simply therefore clear evidence can be adduced to demonstrate that the majority of staff are aware of Safecall and are happy to use it. Any quantative or qualitative results thereafter can be reviewed with some degree of confidence.
