How does it work? - Marketing Materials

Safecall work closely with all our clients to ensure that we achieve the best results and therefore best value from our confidential reporting system.

To achieve such results we must ensure that employees and others for whom the scheme is meant to cover know about it.

An inclusive, structured and comprehensive marketing strategy is devised to ensure that all corners and all strata of the organisation are covered.

This may include:

  1. An internal media campaign using any staff magazine/newspaper.

  2. Involvement of senior management, staff associations, trade unions and other interested groups.

  3. A poster campaign which provides a simple message but identifies four major areas as follows
    • What Safecall does
    • That it is external and independent
    • That all calls will be treated in confidence
    • That it is external but provided by your organisation for their benefit.
  4. A personal message from a figurehead within the organisation.

  5. The introduction of a business card style memo.
