Our story

Founded in 1999, Safecall was established to provide a safe and confidential space for people to raise concerns about misconduct in the workplace.

Now, as a whistleblowing services provider, our offer goes beyond our hotline: we also provide industry-leading training, investigation support and case management software.

We cover 5 million+ employees in over 1,000 organisations worldwide.

We communicate in 175+ languages and dialects across more than 150 countries.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experts on a global scale.

We offer expertise and experience. All of our call handlers are former police officers with a minimum of 25 years’ investigative experience. Our interpreters, who are available in 175+ different languages, support them in their communications.

Our call handlers have the investigative and communication skills to recognise and capture the information a client needs to conduct an internal investigation. They speak with people from all walks of life, often in difficult or emotional circumstances.
